Brandon Luchner is a highly accomplished power plant operator and technician with extensive power generation, turbine systems, and control logic implementation expertise. A graduate of Northside High School, he pursued pre-engineering coursework at Columbus State University before launching his career in the power industry. Recognized for his diligence and technical acumen, he was hand-selected by Precision Gas Turbine LLC, where he gained invaluable experience commissioning, upgrading, and maintaining Siemens V-series turbines and control systems. His exceptional skill set quickly set him apart, drawing the attention of major industry leaders such as Oglethorpe Power and Sulzer Turbo Services. With expertise spanning switchyard operations, thermographic analysis, system troubleshooting, and safety protocol implementation, he has played a key role in enhancing plant efficiency and reliability. Now serving as a Controls Manager at PL Consulting, Brandon drives innovation and operational excellence, managing multimillion-dollar projects and leading teams of 10+ personnel to ensure top-tier QA/QC standards for long-term reliability and performance.
